Line 243 (De Soto Ave. - Ventura Blvd. - Winnetka Ave.)
Original proposal was to add Saturday service only along the De Soto Ave. side of the route.
The proposal was modified after the public hearing (see comments below). Saturday service added along entire route.
Public Comment and (Staff Response):
- Expand the Saturday proposal to serve both De Soto and Winnetka Aves. (basis for modified proposal)
- Reroute to Warner Center via Oxnard St., Topanga Canyon Blvd. and Ventura Blvd. (evaluated by staff but not implemented due to the need for additional resources*)
* - De Soto Ave. service was interlined with the Topanga Canyon Blvd. Line 245 service to Warner Center as part of the 2005 restructuring around the Metro Orange Line.
