Line 426 (San Fernando Valley - Wilshire Bl. Express)

Service south of North Hollywood Station cancelled. (The Line 426 designation was kept until June 2005, when it was renumbered Line 363.)

Public Comment and (Staff Response):
  • Extend to Burbank Airport (not recommended since resources are needed to reinvest in other service improvements)
  • Operate directly along Sherman Way and Lankershim Boulevard to North Hollywood Station (to be considered as this change is evaluated)
  • Wait until new Bus Riders Union Eastside-Valley line is implemented (Line 530 has been removed from the BRU "pilot project" and will not likely be implemented)
  • Operate pull-in trips in-service to provide new service to Juvenile Hall (not considered)
