DASH Sylmar/Arleta

This route, along with Sylmar/San Fernando, replaced the originally proposed Van Nuys/Laurel Canyon route. It is the ninth-highest ranked of the proposed new DASH routes (fourth-highest ranked of San Fernando Valley routes).
