Proposed to be realigned via Owensmouth Ave. - Oxnard St. - Topanga Canyon Blvd. through Warner Center. Implemented June 25, 1995; the line number change point was moved to the intersection of Owensmouth Ave. & Erwin St. (Warner Center Transit Center) for two months in 1997.
- Limited-stop Line 364 was originally proposed as additional peak-hour Warner Center-to-Burbank service.
- Line 165 was realigned December 12, 2010 to operate direct via Empire Ave. at Burbank Airport.
