Line 409 (Sylmar - Downtown L.A. Express)
Proposed replacement of some freeway segments on I-210 with limited-stop segments on Foothill Blvd. and Sunland Blvd. as replacement for Lines 406-407, and proposed realignment in downtown Los Angeles. Implemented June 26, 1995.
