Proposed realignment of west terminal to Warner Center, eliminating duplicated segment of Topanga Canyon Blvd. service proposed for operation by Line 158. Never implemented.
- Proposed to be realigned to new terminal at Hollywood/Vine Station as part of Metro Red Line Bus/Rail Interface in 1999. Never implemented.
- Freeway express segment eliminated, Line 424 renumbered Line 150, and Line 425 replaced by Metro Rapid Line 750 as part of Metro Red Line Bus/Rail Interface June 25, 2000. The cutback to Universal City Station was also called for in the Westside Transit Restructuring Study (completed in June, 1998).
- Proposal to cutback west terminal to Warner Center reconsidered during Metro Orange Line restructuring. Never implemented.
