- Line 96 proposed for realignment via Cahuenga Blvd. - Ventura Blvd. - Tujunga Ave. - Riverside Dr., replacing Line 97. Implemented June 25, 1995; the deviation to Riverside Dr. was made via Olive Ave. rather than California St.
- Line 412 proposed for replacement by Line 411. Never implemented; Line 412 canceled June 26, 1995.
(Note: In the February, 1995 report to the MTA Board requesting approval of the first two phases of implementation, the above map was corrected to show an additional realignment of Line 96 to and from Burbank Metrolink Station.)
- Originally proposed to replace part of Line 152 and terminate in downtown Burbank.
- Originally proposed to be replaced by Line 670 between Burbank and Universal City. (While this was never made a part of the final study, a staff report from March, 2000 said this "recommendation [is] on hold".)
- Line 97 originally proposed to be replaced by Line 680 on Riverside Dr.
- Line 96 route between Burbank and Sherman Oaks proposed to be replaced by new line also incorporating Burbank-to-Sherman Oaks portion of Line 183 as part of Metro Connections.
